Transport links are unbelievably good. Oval station is around the corner and so is the park. We are in a block of flats near the oval stadium

You'll be sharing the flat with me (as flatmate and landlord). I work part time and I'm in quite a bit but away here and there. I'm very chilled and respectful and hope you will be too dear flatmate.
