Lovely double room available in Oval! Sadly our housemate is leaving to move to Belgium with a friend and we’re in need of another friendly professional to move into our home.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, however the landlord is flexible with moving things around and changing furniture if need be! The flat is a 2 minute walk from Oval station (Northern Line) and 15 minute walk to Vauxhall (Victoria Line). The flat is also close to Kennington Park, various gyms and a big Lidl!

You’d be sharing with one Australian girl (27) and one Scottish girl (24) who are looking for someone who is tidy, clean and respects their space, and whilst we mainly do our own thing, we’re looking for someone who is sociable and friendly too!

The flat has one shared bathroom, a shared living space and a lovely open kitchen which opens out into a patio garden. The landlord is very relaxed so feel free to help us make better use of the garden!

The room is £795 including all bills so such a steal to be so central !!

Move in date: 1st July

Deposit: one month’s rent upfront

Hosting viewings Friday 21st as this is quite a quick turnaround for a move!
