Single Room By Oval Tube Station

This single room is available from the 30th of September 2024.
The flat is right outside Oval tube station (Northern line) and it’s a 30 minute walk from Waterloo and Victoria station :)

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, a simple chair, tv stand, all shown in the pictures.
Bills are roughly £94 month.
Guarantors are generally accepted by our landlord and the deposit is roughly £750.

The contract is 3 years long and we are looking for someone who can stay that length of time.

There are 3 women who currently live in the flat, all part of LGBTQIA+ community. We're clean, tidy and respectful. We don't do massive parties but love to game and go to the cinema and watch the latest marvel movie or even sit and chat the evening away in someone's room.

Ideally looking for another female/someone else in the LGBTQIA+ community.
