Myself (Sam, Kiwi, 26, professional) and my flatmate Emeli (Swedish, 23, student) are looking for a third flatmate as our current flatmate has gone back to Germany. We would love to find someone who is more than just a flatmate as we love to hangout and have cute dinners, go to cafes/markets and picnics however we also respect each other’s privacy.
We live in a 3 bedroom flat with 2 identical bathrooms (score!) and an open plan kitchen/living room with a Barbie pink couch 🩷
Oval station is only a 5 minute walk away as well great bus connections.
Rent is £833 per month which is due on the 9th however, due to our flatmate moving out on the 13th of July rent for the rest of the month will be £700. Bills vary from £100-£150.
