Double room in 4-bed flat in Kennington/Oval

We are 4 professionals looking for a 5th flatmate for our lovely flat in Kennington/Oval.

The Flat
- Recently refurbished terraced building with double-glazing and high ceilings
- Spacious and bright split level flat with big kitchen and a shared living room with lots of books and plants
- 4 double bedrooms across two levels
- 1 bathroom, 1 shower room

Location
- 4-minute walk from Oval Station (Northern Line)
- 15-minute walk from Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line)
- 20-minute walk from Brixton
- Bus stop directly outside with immediate connections to Central London

The flatmates
We are 2 couples working full time in tech, architecture and finance who enjoy spending time together but also have our own routines and schedules. We are all Greek but very open to all nationalities/ethnicities. We enjoy hosting big flat parties once/twice a year for our friends but we are otherwise not a party household. We all enjoy cooking and have regular Sunday dinners all together. LGBTQI+ friendly 🌈
