Description
I have 2 rooms to be available in a 3 bed house from September.
I live in a house situated on the grounds of a primary school. It’s a lovely house, and it’s become my home away from home (even though I’m from London). The tenancy contract is due to end Sept ‘25.
Room 1: £1000 (available)
Room 2: £900 (mine)
Room 3: £950 (available)
Bills: ~£120 each (Band C council tax)
Deposit: £1097 each
Pros:
- School caretaker collects rubbish
- Neighbour free (++ in school holidays)
- Kitted out
- 2 toilets
Cons:
- School kids can be heard during the day especially if windows are open
- Dining room and kitchen windows in direct view of school reception entrance
- No pets :((
About me: Hello! I’m Rebecca, 25 from London. I work in healthcare and WFH 2-4 days a week. It’s a family house so friends, partners and guests are welcome. I’m a liberal, cat loving, midnight munchies partaking, wannabe plant parent-introverted extravert. I love a dinner party, movie night, and pub quiz. I do boogie in the club but you’re most likely to only get me there post spontaneous midweek pub.
Musts (as per tenancy contract):
- DBS (children) check compliant
- Employment contract with annual salary of >£30K
- Employment reference
- Passport
- 3 months of payslips and bank statements
If you feel like you’re a good fit, pop me a message with availabilities for a meet and greet (better than an awkward ‘about me’ paragraph) ☺️
*Viewings to take place 15th-18th July*
