Double bedroom in Oval

We are the top flat of three, with all girls in the building we look out for each other and have a nice neighbourly vibe. The flat is about 7/8 minute walk to oval (northern line) and about 12 minutes to Stockwell ( Victoria line) as well as having ALL the bus links your heart could desire.

I’m ideally looking for a single professional who loves dogs and preferably works from home and can keep my dog company while I’m out. Her name is Peanut, she’s a 3yr old miniature long haired ginger dachshund. She is very friendly and will demand love from you.

I would be keen to eat together / hang out / go out, but I’m probably more of a home body to be honest so it’s definitely not a party house… anymore (maybe on the VERY rare occasion) but also very much enjoy my own space, I’ve lived alone for a few years now so very comfortable respecting down time.

I have a beauty business in Vauxhall so I’m out of the house for about 12 hours a day so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time, and discounts on treatments if that’s your thing!

Although I’m a live in Landlord, I’m pretty chill and very happy for you to have people over, encourage dinner parties etc (although there is a two night rule for sleepovers for both of us). The kitchen / dining is separate from the sitting room and the sitting room sofa can be turned into two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a bath and decent water pressure! I also have a cleaner who comes over every other week.

The room comes with a desk, a chair and a small double bed mattress (it’s brand new and memory foam) so you’d need a frame and a wardrobe / clothes rail of some kind. There is also space in the loft if you’d need to store anything.

It’s a super cute area, I’ve lived here for 10 years and everybody knows each other and there’s some great coffee shops nearby as well as little cocktail bars and no big chain shops (yet)
