2x double bedrooms / 4 minutes from Oval Station

4 bedroom flat on Clapham Road, 4 minute walk from Oval tube station. Big separate shared lounge with plenty of natural light in all rooms. Modern kitchen with a great view. One shared bathroom.

From August 10th we have 2x double bedrooms available as we move onto a rolling contract. 2/4 of the current tenants are moving out and the other 2 will be staying until our new place is ready for us (around mid September).

Following our departure, we will be more than happy to contact the landlord and have him start a new contract for you. So the likely availability is a minimum of 1-2 months, but with the option to extend permanently assuming everything checks out with the landlord.

The 2x bedrooms both cost £800 p/m, bills around £90ish extra. One room is slightly smaller than the other with the wardrobe just outside the room, but plenty of room for a double bed and a chest of drawers/desk.

2x current flatmates are both 25 year old males with jobs in Finance. We are good friends and will often be at the pub or in the lounge watching TV. We WFH about 50/50 and there is plenty of room in the lounge for this. Given our soon to be departure, we are just looking to fill the room ASAP ahead of August 10th.
