Hi everyone.
We have a double room available in our Oval house as some of our housemates are sadly moving out.
The room will become available in September this year but we need to find people and get references etc sorted ASAP to keep the house.
A bit about the house:
Great 3 story house in a cute street literally round the corner from Oval tube station, two pubs + off license at the bottom of our road and only 10 mins via the tube to Clapham, Brixton or Southbank.
Both are double rooms with beds (one a bit bigger hence the price difference).
Theres 2 nice living area spaces, one downstairs and one spare room as well
as a cute garden!
Bills and council tax will come to around 150/month depending on usage.
About us:
Rob (24) works as a civil servant in Westminster. Enjoys running, cinema and the odd night out!
Sophie (24) also works as a civil servant. Enjoys tennis, reading and socialising.
About you:
We are looking for housemates who ideally also work 9-5ish jobs (although not a dealbreaker!), we want people who are fairly social and happy to go on a pub trip/watch trash tv!
