I'm looking for a flatmate from September for this flat in Oval. It's a really nice space (over 1000 sqft) - hardwood floors, spacious kitchen and living, balcony, and two bathrooms.
The room is spacious, large windows and lots of natural light, and has an ensuite bathroom.
The local area is fantastic - overlooking the iconic Oval Stadium and just behind Kennington High Street. It's a 2 min walk to Oval Station and 8 mins to Vauxhall Station.
I am often travelling between London and the US so you are likely to have the place to yourself for long stretches.
Open to a couple at additional cost (1920pcm).
Also, it's listed as unfurnished because there is no bed, but the room has an integrated wardrobe and I have some communal furniture (sofa, coffee table, tv etc).
