Description
Hello, we are Ben (he/him), Ro (she/her) and Seb (he/him) and we are looking for a 4th housemate for our lovely 3 bed flat in Oval. The rent for the room is 950 + bills (aprox 100).
About Seb: I'm 31 and work doing research in mathematics. When I'm not working I am either doing acrobatics, reading and/or at the park. I speak Spanish, English, German and Portuguese in case that matters.
About Ro: I'm 32 doing a PhD in mathematics and currently working as a math tutor in a college. Other than that, I dance quite a lot and also like to read and spend time outside. I also studied cuisine and will be happy to occasionally cook for my housemates.
About Ben: I'm 28 and work for a Fintech company in central London (WFH 3 days a week). I spend most of my time training acrobatics, listening to music and reading.
Regarding the house environment, we are very easy going and tidy. We value open-mindedness and a nice sense of community and would love to live with like-minded people who share these values.
We will be very respectful of your personal space, but we are very sociable and enjoy a social evening chatting, playing board games or watching a movie.
Our current flatmate is moving out on the 28th September, so we're looking for someone to replace her from then (the dates are slightly flexible).The room is furnished with everything you see in the pictures, except for the desk and the chair.
If you feel like we are good match please get in contact! We're aiming to do viewings and meet people during the first days of September.
