Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my room starting 1st October, after living here for a little over a year.

This is a massive flat in Oval, spread across 3 floors with a shared balcony overlooking Oval Cricket Ground (with full view of the the pitch - as seen in last photo). The flat also has two private balcony’s and this is the biggest bedroom that comes with a Juliet balcony and ensuite. Really great kitchen and large living area make this flat a bit of a gem.

You will be sharing with three sociable guys in their late 20s / early 30s (Adam - working in tech sales, Craig - lawyer, Ben - lawyer).

We have a cleaner every fortnight.

Requirements-wise, we are looking for a tidy, working professional guy/girl 25+ with house-share experience.

Flagging that the listed price reflects new the price starting from September, and therefore will not increase further for a minimum of 12 months.

Oval station (northern line) - 5 minutes walk
Vauxhall station (overground and Victoria line) 8 minutes walk
Big Tesco - 3 minutes walk
4+ pubs and a few local restaurants and takeaways within a 5-10 minute radius

FYI, I (the current flatmate) am Jack, not Lily! Lily is just my friend who I am sharing this spareroom account with! Sorry for any confusion.

Bills - approx £150pp per month
Cleaner - £13 every 2 weeks
