2 double rooms in friendly house share

Hi! I’m a 28 year old professional looking for 2 new housemates for a 3 bed flat in Kennington, Oval. I’ve lived in the flat for nearly 18months already and am filling the other rooms. The current tenancy is ending and I’ve decided to stay. The new tenancy is for 12 months from 29th September.

Im looking for housemates who want to make the place a home not just somewhere to crash. I respect privacy and others space but love it to be a social flat and would like housemates to want to join me in watching tv, having a drink and generally hanging out. I love going to the pub, running and cooking nice food. It’s been a really nice balance with the current flatmates so looking to recreate the same.

The flat is £2,700 for the entire flat (£900 each) and currently pay around £120 each on bills per month, including wifi. The flat is centrally located, a 4 minute walk to Oval station, 9 minute walk to Kennington and 8 minutes to Vauxhall train/tube station. It's a great area with lots of great pubs and restaurants in walking distance and kennington park is just 2 minutes walk from the flat. We're a 2 minute walk from a 24 hour nisa local and a 6 minute walk from a big tesco.

The rooms are spacious doubles bedroom which come furnished with wardrobe, bed and bedside table. We have 1 bathroom with sink and shower over bath with a separate toilet room. The communal kitchen is shown in the pictures and we also have a large living room. We’re a ground floor flat and have a small area outside the front.
