Female Flatmate Wanted for top floor flat in Oval

My friend and I are looking to find a third flatmate to live with us in a top floor flat in Oval. We are sociable and outgoing girls who enjoy going to the pub, going for walks around London but also having a quiet night in. We are both tidy housemates and are hoping to find someone like us that we can make good friends with.

I’m 25 and work for the NHS in mental health and Natalie is 24 and works in sustainability consulting. Looking to find working professionals around a similar age to us.

About the flat
- 3 bedroom top floor flat
- Lovely bright open kitchen with small balcony and great view of London
- Spacious living room (new furniture has been bought)
- Separate toilet and bathroom (will be updating these but please message for info)
- About a 7 minute walk from Oval station
- Bike storage included
- Furniture in the photos of kitchen will be updated to new as these were the ones when I conducted my viewing
- Has been redecorated and flooring will be updated prior to moving in.

I have recently bought this flat so there will be no landlord or estate agency to deal with. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The price is £1,200pcm plus bills which we estimate to be around £100/150 per month. Move in date is 29th September for a 12-month contract.
