The transport links are amazing!! 2 minute walk to Oval tube station (northern line) and plenty of bus routes with a bus stop directly outside the front door of the flat. It’s also walking distance to Kennington, Vauxhall, Camberwell, Brixton and Clapham.
There’s a PureGym opposite the flat (if you’re interested).
It’s walking distance to a Tesco and a Lidl.
The flat is also just a 2 min walk from Kennington park.
The monthly rent is £861 but we pay £970 into the account each month to cover rent, all bills and other necessities for the flat.
The current contract runs until June 28th 2025 - can be extended given the number of tenants are covered.
