The kitchen/lounge is open plan, with high ceilings. The flat is mostly furnished except for the bedroom, but my current housemate is happy to discuss selling her larger items (bed, mattress, bedside table). There is space for road parking outside (£70 per year). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed!
The location is great! 5 minutes walk to Oval station (Northern line), 15 minutes walk to Stockwell station (Victoria line). There are also plenty of bus stops! You can easily walk to Vauxhall, Brixton, and Battersea.
I’m on the hunt for a someone in their twenties who is friendly, super clean, and wants to make this flat feel like their home. To pass referencing, you’ll need to be in full time employment earning over £31,500, or alternatively have a UK-based guarantor.
