1 Bedroom + 1 Study in Oval / Camberwell

I am moving out of London for work, so looking for someone to take over tenancy of 1x bedroom and separate 1x study in Oval.

House is in a quiet gated area / community, with a garden, a large living room, and a parking space. The house is 10mins walk from Oval tube station, and 1min walk from regular busses (10+ an hour) that go into Central. It is also 10mins walk from Camberwell.

Study overlooks the garden and gets good natural light through the day. Study doesn't include desk or draws, and bedroom doesn't include chest of drawers or bookshelf, but you are welcome to buy any off me if you would like.

The 3x housemates are young professionals: one couple who moved from New Zealand c.4months ago (Lawyer + Project Manager); the other works in digital marketing. They are social people, who also like traveling.

The rent doesn't include bills, because they will vary if you are single vs. couple, but they are pretty standard. The property is in council tax band F.
