Bright beautiful home in Oval

Good size third floor flat. Located on a Victorian style house and incredible location. Half way in between Oval and Stockwell. With a big lidl 10 minutes away and a Tesco express just around the corner. Each tube station is equally around 10 minutes walking distance. Shared living space, fully equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom with shower. There’s two rooms available, one large double room bedroom for £650 and another smaller double bedroom for £600. The rooms are really light with high ceilings and big windows. The large double room comes partly furnished including a double bed and a wardrobe, the smaller double room includes a double bed.

Bills comes to roughly under a £100: council tax and water bills (together) around £78,59 each person. Electricity bills works by topping up a smart meter. Wifi will be around £12-£15 each still considering.

After 2 years of living together my two flatmates are sadly moving on to live with their boyfriends. I am the current flatmate :) I’m 26 years old working in fashion, I enjoy playing the piano and drawing/painting. I like enjoying a calm household. I enjoy going to museums/ galleries and sometimes to the theatre too.

For my future new flatmates I’m looking for LGTB friendly and nice people. In the past we have kept a nice and clean tidy flat, we like to take turns to clean up each week. This hasn’t been a house that hosted parties or used for large gatherings, I would prefer to live with people who enjoy peace and quiet at home. This place really feels like a home and it would be nice to find lovely people that have a home feeling. :)
