Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my room starting 9th November after living here for three year due to heading off on a career break.
Massive flat in Oval, spread across 3 floors with a shared balcony overlooking Oval Cricket Ground (with full view of the the pitch). The flat also has two private balcony’s, a really great kitchen and large living area make this flat a bit of a gem.
You will be sharing with three sociable guys in their late 20s / early 30s (Adam - working in tech sales Craig - lawyer , Tom - asset manager).
We have a cleaner every fortnight
Requirements wise looking for a tidy, working professional guy/girl 25+ with sharehouse experience.
Amenities:
Oval station (northern line) - 5 minutes walk
Vauxhall station (overground and Victoria line) 8 minutes walk
Big Tesco - 3 minutes walk
4+ pubs and a few local restaurants and takeaways within a 5-10 minute radius
COSTS:
Rent - £1,059 per month
Bills - approx £150-200pp per month
Cleaner - £13 every 2 weeks
