We are on the hunt for a couple to take over our massive room in Oval!

🏡 Room / House:
We’ve got a massive double room with ensuite up for grabs on the top floor of our 3-bed house! It's super spacious with loads of storage and a great bathroom. Perfect for a couple! The room’s unfurnished, but we’re happy to sell you our bed, drawers, etc., if you are interested.

Ground floor is large open space with lounge area and kitchen. Second floor is the other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom for the two flat mates.

The house is in a chill, quiet neighbourhood, and there's a small garden out back—perfect for BBQs and gatherings!

😆 Flatmates:
🇳🇿 Jacob – Laid-back Kiwi who loves a good holiday and a cheeky beer at the local.
🇨🇭 Tanja - Will be a new addition to the house in December. She loves a good read, a social chill at home, the occasional beer at the pub, museums and cooking.

📍Loads of bus routes nearby and just under 10mins walk to Oval tube station. Vauxhall roughly 20mins walk for overground and Victoria line.

🚚 Move Date:
Available now as we had a couple pull out of their move due to a change in circumstance.

💰 Bills & Boring Stuff:
£1550 - Rent
Bills are not included, we have a cleaner, who comes every two weeks and does an awesome job.
Usually cleaners and bibs n bobs get put on split wise.
