We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us!

The Flat-
Double Room in 3 bedroom flat with amazing views. Good sized kitchen and living room. Toilet and separate bathroom. Big balcony with the same amazing views. New washing machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge.

Rent is £945 with heating and gas bills included

The Room-
Big double room with plenty of natural light, big wardrobe, sofa, double bed and big windows

The Bills-
Gas bills are included!! No worries about gas costs increases! The rest of the bills average to £80 for (WiFi, Water, Electric and Council tax).

The Location-
The flat is walking distance to everything you will need.
Groceries:
- 10 min walk to a big Lidl
- 4 min walk to Tesco 1 (same street)
- 4 min walk to Tesco 2 (opposite street)
- Less than 5 min walk to plenty of 24h corner shops.
- 12 min walk to a massive Sainsbury's & Argos
Transport:
- 5 minute walk to Oval station (Northern line - night service) or
- 10 minute walk from Stockwell station (Victoria line - night service).
- Great (day/night) bus links - direct bus to Oxford street, Piccadilly, Liverpool street, Elephant & Castle, Westminster, Euston, Hyde park and a long etc.

Current Flatmates-
Both of us are Spanish, 25 and 27 year old professionals working in the city.
Lucas works as a Business Systems Analyst (hybrid) and I work as Event Manager always in the office or onsite at events.

We enjoy spending our working week evenings relaxing or doing sport. On weekends we spend socialising with friends we have in common and our own groups. We would be happy for you to join!

Lucas' interests:
Football, tennis, volleyball, boxing, hiking, nature, travelling, films, chess and other board games.

Alina's interests:
Photography, Art/galleries, Food, Classpass! Painting, Crossfit and Spinning, Travelling, Decoration and Design, Sea, Hikes, Sunsets and any outdoor plans on sunny days.

IMPORTANT:

We are looking for someone around the age of 26-36 professional. **Important- Looking for someone clean and tidy, and willing to help keep the flat clean weekly. If you consider that you are a bit messy or disorganised, please do not apply.**

The room is available from the 18th October.
