Room in lovely 2 bed flat

My flatmate is sadly moving out so I’m looking for someone friendly and clean to join me in this lovely 2 bed flat. I’ve been living here for the last year and it’s a really great place to live - close to Oval and Stockwell stations, and lots of good bus routes.

The flat itself is recently refurbished, modern and everything works well - there’s dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob etc. the block is gated so feels safe and is a bit quieter as it’s set back from the main road. There’s also a big shared garden and parking.

I’m 28 and work in public sector digital consulting - my office is down the road so I often work there but also a couple days from home. I’m easy going and sociable - looking for someone similar who is up for hanging out at home but also respecting each other’s space. I play netball, hang out with friends, love cooking and going out for food.

Bills aren’t included and are roughly £100 a month. My flatmate is moving out by 16th dec and we can discuss flexibility on dates. I need to confirm whether the landlord is changing the rent at all and contract length, but hoping to get a 12 month contract with a break clause for flexibility :)
