Furnished double room for rent 5 minutes walk from Oval station (Northern line). The flat is perfect for a friendly, sociable professional in their late 20s to mid 30s, who is seeking a flat to share with friends, rather than to simply cohabit with.

The room is a mid-sized double bedroom with an ensuite at the end of the house. Plenty of storage and room for a desk if you work from home.

This room has become available due to the existing housemate moving out of London.

The lease will be up for renewal at the beginning of April 2024, at which point you and the other flatmates can choose if you would like to sign on for another year.

ROOM 1
Rent: £1,125 per calendar month (incl. bills and council tax)

SECURITY DEPOSITS
When we signed the current lease, we split the deposit evenly as we are renting the whole flat, rather than an HMO. This makes the deposit for each room at £1,211.53. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.

Oval:
This flat is in a really lovely area. Only a 5-10 minute walk from Kennington Park (perfect for summer evenings or lunchtime walks) and there are lots of great restaurants and bars along the main strip. From really cheap and delicious Ethiopian, to Japanese, Spanish tapas, or a bar that has Wednesday night Jazz nights and Monday night chess nights. Great vibes! There are two small Tescos only a 5-minute walk away, or a large Sainsbury a 10 minute bike away (Santander or Human Forest are my go-to bike options).

We are looking for someone to move in mid-November, but please get in contact if you are interested as we have some flexibility with those dates.
