Bright and spacious room in Oval

I’m sadly moving out of our huge 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with a lovely back garden.

The room is technically unfinished however I’m happy to sell you all of my furniture for a decent price or I can get rid of it and you bring your own furniture in.

The house 🏠
Ground floor is large lounge area and kitchen. Second floor is two bedrooms and a shared bathroom for yourself and one other housemate. Third floor is the en-suite room.
Loads of storage places in the house with a shed in the garden for bikes/ gardening tools etc.

The house is in a chill, quiet neighborhood, and there's a small garden out back—perfect for BBQs and gatherings! It’s close to Myatt Fields (which does great coffee), 10 mins from Oval station and a 15 min walk into Camberwell which I’m has great pubs, cafes and restaurants.

😆 Flatmates:
Tom and Phoebe- Sharing with a couple, Tom (physio) and Phoebe (designer), who are both laidback yet social people. Both are creative types, spending a lot of time on photography and painting projects outside of work. They love cooking, watching films, and occasionally going to the local with friends and housemates. Generally quite busy and often traveling for a good few weeks of the year, but like to keep things chilled when home & would love someone of the same vibe.

Jacob – Laid-back Kiwi who loves a good holiday and a cheeky beer at the local.

📍Loads of bus routes nearby and just under 10mins walk to Oval tube station. Vauxhall roughly 20mins walk for overground and Victoria line.

Around Dec 10th however this is flexible.

💰 Bills & Boring Stuff:
£925- rent
Approx £100 depending on the time of year.
Bills are not included, we have a cleaner, who comes every two weeks and does an awesome job.
Usually cleaners and bits n bobs get put on splitwise.
