Double Room in Shared Flat, Oval

We are currently a flat of four 29-31 year old female professionals but I am sadly moving back to Scotland at the start of December so looking for someone to take my room from Monday 9th December.

Bills are approx £90-£100 per month and includes: council tax, water, electricity, wifi.

The bedroom is bright with good storage, and I can sell my chest of drawers if preferable. There's also a small desk / dressing table which I can also sell if you would like.

If you work from home, it's a great sized room and a small desk will fit in the room. Or, we’ve got a great living room to work in. Two flatmates work five days a week in the office and the other does one day a week from home.

Great living area with lots of streaming subscriptions shared between us, and kitchen, one shared bathroom with bath + shower, and a separate downstairs toilet.

The flat is over 3 levels, so feels like a house, super light and spacious.

7 min walk to Oval tube, restaurants, cafes, pubs, supermarkets, gyms, all less than 5 min walk away, 5 mins to Kennington Park, with a great farmers market on a Saturday.

We all work five days a week with one of us having been in the flat for five years come April! I've been here since April 2022 and absolutely love it. The other two girls moved in last December so coming up to two years. We all get on so well and are similar in that we love having a night in/out together, cooking, tv/films etc all the usual stuff.
