Looking for a laid back, friendly and clean house mate to replace me in a flat-share of 3 professionals in their 20’s. We all get on really well in the house but also like our own independence, so it’s a good mix.

I am looking to move out only due to a change in my personal circumstances otherwise I would be staying!

Deposit is 5 weeks rent paid to landlord.
12 months months tenancy - fixed price for the full tenancy.
Flat was fully refurbished in summer of 2022.

- 7 minute walk to Oval Station
- 2 minute walk to a Bus Stop with Access to Battersea, Victoria etc.
