LGBT Houseshare in Oval

We're looking for a someone to join us in our 4 bed LGBT house share in Oval. The room is available immediately.

The listing is for downstairs bedroom which is bright and spacious with plenty of storage (the wardrobe is huge!). The bedroom comes furnished with the bed, desk, wardrobe and the shelving unit next to the wardrobe. There is a main bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs that you'll have main use of.

The house has a large open plan kitchen/ living space, and a huge garden with a shed that we use to store things and bikes.

There's excellent transport links with the Northern line being less than a 10 minute walk away at Oval station, and the Victoria line around a 20 minute walk away in Stockwell. There are also loads of bus stops within 5 minutes away that go direct to Waterloo/Brixton/London Bridge. There's also a lot of really nice cafes, parks, independent shops, a couple of gyms within walking distance and even a farmer's market on a Saturday just around the corner!

There will be three of us staying in house - Ruairidh, Mumdood, and Jack. Our other housemate is sadly left us to move to Hawaii, so we're looking for someone to take his room. We've all lived in the house for two years and get on well so are looking for someone who is tidy, easy-going and would fit in with the house!

The rent covers ALL bills, including council tax, internet, gas, electricity, TV license, water etc.
