Rent for the room is £945 and contract runs until October, with the possibility of extension. Gas bills are included, and the rest average for about £80.
Move-in date February 18 but this is flexible.

Looking for a 27+ professional who will look after the space and keep it clean and in good order, this is a must! Current flatmates’ interests include sports, traveling, photography, food, board games and more.
