I am looking for a new flatmate to join me to a flat between Oval/Vauxhall. Ideally for 1year contract.

Transport:
The flat is located right between oval station (northern line) and Vauxhall station (Victoria, national rail and bus links) so has great transport links in and around London.
For both stations takes max. 10 minutes walk from the property.

Local area:
Three big supermarkets in walking distance (tesco, sainsburys and Lidl) and few smaller shops too. Nice pubs and coffee shops around, with kennington park only being 15 minute walk away. Quick access to riverfront for a walk to central.

Flat:
Nice 2 bedroom flat, have just had new flooring and painting so looking fresh. Flat is on the third floor but access with stairs and lift.

Room:
Room is a cosy double room with a window away from main roads. Comes with bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Plenty of space to store your belongings.

Kitchen:
Well equipped and lots of cupboard space. Comes with washing machine but no dishwasher.

Bathroom:
Shared bathroom with shower and bath.
