Double bedroom with large living space

Hi! I am moving out of this flat and am looking for a person to move in with my current flatmate into a fully furnished spare double room. I have been here for 3yrs and we've both loved living here.

The flat is in Oval, just an 8 minute walk from Oval station, 15 minute walk from Stockwell station.

There's also a Tesco, Lidl, and Off-licence just around the corner, with a few good pubs nearby.

Official start date is 4th of Jan, however there is some flexibility around move in date. I am leaving before the contract renews (March 4th), so the initial tenancy will only last 2 months, but it can be easily renewed for the next year. The landlord is great too.
