Lovely Double Room in a gated community

Hi all. I am moving in with my partner at the end of April and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. This is a lovely spacious room in Oval - a 10 minute walk to the Northern line or 2 minute walk to the bus stop, with regular buses to London Victoria, Vauxhall and Battersea.

The house is in a lovely gated community, has its own garage and a good sized living room. There is also a conservatory and patio to enjoy in the upcoming summer months.

The other male housemate is likely to leave in early May due to him buying a flat elsewhere, so you will likely have 2 female housemates, and a say on who moves in after. The tenancy renews on the 11th November.

Lastly furniture includes the bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and the unit under the window. If you would be interested in keeping the desk / chair / grey cube shelving please let me know.
