This is a newly renovated, spacious flat right next to Oval cricket grounds. The flat has beautiful wooden floors, a modern kitchen, high ceilings and a private balcony. There are two bathrooms, meaning you would have your own (your bathroom would be the one in the pictures)

Excellent location — Vauxhall station is around 10 min walk, Oval station around 5 min walk. There’s a big Tesco and gyms nearby.

My current flatmate is sadly moving out soon, and I’m looking for someone to take over his room. I myself am a 30-year-old professional, been in London for four years now. I’ve lived in China, Finland, US, and Sweden before, and also speak Mandarin and Finnish. I work mostly in the office, and usually read, exercise, and see friends during my free time. I'm easygoing and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Keen to spend time together every now and then, and of course respect quiet time as well.

The common spaces will be furnished. The available bedroom will be empty apart from a big built-in wardrobe. However, there may be some furniture you could buy from my flatmate who is leaving.
