We have a lovely furnished room available in a modern three-bedroom house with a garden, just a 5-minute walk from Oval tube. The rent is £800 per calendar month, with all bills included. A one-month deposit is required in advance.

The house features a spacious loft for extra storage - perfect if you have luggage, boxes, or other items you don’t use daily. It’s accessible at any time.

About the House & Housemates:

You’ll be living with Paul (the landlord) and Dan, along with our adorable, toilet-trained cat Yuki. We’re a friendly, easy-going household looking for a polite, respectful, and tidy housemate who enjoys a laugh and wants to feel at home.

We all have very different jobs and schedules, so it’s rare we’re all in at the same time — ideal if you value your personal space and quiet time.

We keep things clean and comfortable with a few simple house rules that work really well for everyone.

Meet the Housemates:

• Paul is from Malaysia and has lived in London most of his life. He’s super helpful, loves sharing food, and values open communication — if something’s up, he’ll tell you straight and is happy for you to do the same.

• Dan is a quiet, respectful professional who enjoys life and keeps to himself.

The House:

• Two-storey with a spacious, modern kitchen and dining area
• Large minimalist lounge with a big TV
• Sunny garden and patio
• Main bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs
