Rent is £893/month and bills are approx £100 / month on top of this. The contract will be for a year until June 28th 2026

The transport links are amazing!! 3 minute walk to Oval tube station (northern line) and plenty of bus routes with a bus stop directly outside the front door of the flat. It’s also walking distance to Kennington, Vauxhall, Camberwell, Brixton and Clapham. There’s a PureGym opposite the flat and we’re walking distance to a big Tesco and Lidl. The flat is also just a 2 min walk from Kennington park.

This double bedroom comes furnished (including desk). There is a toilet plus a shared bathroom as well as a spacious kitchen and living room
