Hey all!
We have a spacious double bedroom available in our lovely house in Camberwell!
The house is located halfway between the centre of Camberwell and Oval underground station (8 minute walk to each), situated on a quiet residential street.
The house is split over three levels; the ground floor includes a generous sized living room, separate kitchen, WC, conservatory and rear garden. Your room would be on the first floor and you share the level with one other housemate and a bathroom between the two of you. The other two bedrooms and second bathroom are located on the second floor.
You would be sharing with Meg (33, solicitor), Allie (29, paediatric physiotherapist), and Mitch (31, TFL train engineer). We like to hang out in the living room together during the week, have a laugh, the occasional social hang outside of the house together, whilst also having our own lives and friendship groups outside of the house.
We are looking for a friendly likeminded new pal who is also clean and tidy :) 💛

Bills + household bits and cleaner: £150
Total: £1130 PCM
The move in date is 8th June (can be a week earlier if needed).
