Large room in Oval/Kennington

Hello,

I have a big bedroom going in Oval area. About 5-10 minutes walk to Oval station (Northern Line) and 10-15 to Stockwell Station (Victoria line).

You would be starting a new 12 month contract with the agency (with early exit option) but can also discuss shorter lets.

Deposit would be 5 weeks rent for the contract.

It is nice and spacious and will come with everything in the picture except the desk (so will feel even bigger) but there is another table with drawers anyway!

The house has one toilet and a bathroom and a big kitchen.

You would be living with 4 other people (1 male 3 females) who each have their own schedules (2 of them are nurses and the other 2 are in hospitality) and kind of do their own thing but who are very friendly. Both nurses are moving out in the next month or 2 months though, FYI.

There's a really nice park which is basically the back garden and you've also got Kennington Park about 10mn walk away.

Few nice places to eat around and local cafe/bar Cable Cafe is really nice.

Quite calm and peaceful in this area.

I am free evenings of this week (from Monday 16th) for viewings but am away from Saturday 21st for a week but I have a video of the place I can send, if needed.
