Room in a Cute 2 Bed Flat in Kennington!

Hi! I'm Matt and I'm potentially your new flatmate!

LOCATION: Right next to Kennington Park, a 5 minute walk from Oval station, 10 minute walk from Kennington and 15 minute walk from Vauxhall station (even faster at gay pace), I love the location of this flat. Every day I'll workout or wander or read in the park, its wonderful having that green space so close by, and it's so easy to get around from here.

FLAT: It's a 2 bed flat with seperate living room and eat-in kitchen, plenty of space to be together or seperate so you can see as much or as little of me as you like! My old flatmate Jonny and I would often have date debriefs and DMCs in the kitchen, or a little movie night in the living room.

ROOM: It's a nice size room with a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and (game changer) a king size bed! (Trust me, you'll never go back)

BILLS: Generally around £160 a month each including council tax, internet and electricity.

FLATMATE: I work for a TV channel doing a job I can almost guarantee you didn't know existed, I'm in LGBTQ+ swim and waterpolo teams, I'm an absolute Disney and Sci-Fi nerd and am a neurospicy girlie (ADHD, if you hadn't guessed by the amount of exclamation marks in this ad)

I work from the office 3 days a week, tend to swim or see mates most evenings after work and am notorious for overbooking my weekends, so I'm not in the flat loads, but when I am here I will always be around for a catch up about your day and am always up for a sit in the park together :)

LANDLADY: She's wonderful, understanding and caring, I've loved living here.

YOU?: Living with one other person, it's really important you get on, so I'm not looking for a stranger to move in with, I want someone I hope I can grow to be friends with. LGBTQ+ people and allies to the front!
