1 Bed Flat in Oval (zone 2)

Hi! Very sadly I'm moving out of my 1 bedroom flat in Oval and am looking for a person or couple to replace me on the tenancy. The tenancy began in June 2024, and runs through to June 2027, leaving a year and 10 months remaining from the start of August.

The flat is a short walk from Oval, Stockwell, and Vauxhall stations and is available part furnished. (Some additional furniture belongs to me rather than the landlord, but I'm willing to leave certain items behind if preferred).

Bills are not included in the rent and right now I'm paying about:
£15 water bill

£53 energy bill

£20 internet bill

£95 council tax

So around £180 a month total.

Replacing me on the tenancy will require going through referencing with the letting agent, as well as paying a deposit of £1730, and the first month's rent of £1500. Referencing will be used to check affordability - as an alternative garantours are also accepted. You (or the garantour) will have to be able to prove earnings or savings of over £54k a year to pass the referencing.
