Double room in a 2 bed flat renewing tennancy starting at the end of August (move in date 25-Aug.)

Spacious double bedroom, separate living room and kitchen, bathroom with large tub. Lots of built-in storage in the living room for use, as the spare room hasn't any fitted cupboards Room comes with shelves, bed frame and mattress. Have since painted over the tree on the wall, so it just plain white walls now!

Good travel connections with Northern and Victoria line, and just about any bus. Can get the bus to Soho in 20 mins.

I'm looking for someone friendly and clean, particularly welcome to queer people and POC.

I'm quite an easygoing individual, like a clean, calm, but sociable flat, love hanging out with flatmates as well having downtime, as we all know London can get mad!

We have loads of local parks and cats, a real community of neighbours, and a terrace where I've been growing tomatoes and flowers. The landlord is very responsive for repairs/maintenance. Everything gets done in a day or two.
