Double room in laid back, friendly house in Oval

Lovely and homely flat share, just a stones throw from Oval tube station.

Located on a nice quiet estate just off the Brixton Road, close to loads of great shops and restaurants, Kennington Park and a choice of gyms.

Flatmates are old friends, the flat has been in our friendship group for nearly 5 years so it’s been well lived in and is very homely. Joss (28) is a sound tech in the West End, Sarah (28) is an Aussie occupational therapist and Callum (31) is a comedian - lovely gang all round! We don’t do a lot of things together in the flat, but we’re all good friends, down to hang and pretty laid back. Sometimes watch films and eat food together but mostly we all live our own lives together as a lil family.

Sad to be moving out, so looking for the right fit to replace me. Ideally aged 26-33, fairly outgoing, independent but respectful of other people’s space.

I can be somewhat flexible with move in time - latest I would consider is 16th August, earliest is 9th August
