My flatmate is moving out, and I’m looking for someone to join me in this two-bed flat in Oval!

The flat is fully furnished, on the first floor, and bright and spacious with excellent transport links. The available room is light and airy, with good storage space. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher. There’s shared access to sheltered bike storage, as well as a roof terrace with stunning views over the Oval cricket ground (pictured above).

The location is great: just a 5-minute walk to Oval tube station, 10 minutes to Vauxhall tube station, and a short walk to Kennington Park and plenty of cafés and restaurants. A large Tesco superstore is only 5 minutes away.

Bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) are split equally and come to around £140 a month.

The room is available from 14 September to 14 May (8 months), with the landlord looking to issue a new contract for this period. There may be potential to renew for longer afterwards.
