We’re looking for a third flatmate to fill a room in our lovely, laid-back, social flat in Oval as our housemate is moving out.

The bedroom is a large, newly decorated, fully furnished double with big windows, a wardrobe, and chest of drawers (no desk included).

We’ve been here for over 2 years and love the flat which has 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, living room and a big bathroom. There’s:

✅ Free parking space
✅ Lockable bike racks
✅ + All the usual amenities of a fully furnished flat (dishwasher, washing machine etc.)

We have a nice landlord too who looks after the property (inside and outside). We keep it clean so will be looking for someone who does the same!

It’s an 8 minute walk from Oval station (Northern Line) and 15 mins walk from Stockwell station (Victoria Line). There’s loads of buses right outside the door too. Lidl is also a 15 min walk away.

We (Luke and Laura) are both pretty active and out and about a lot, we like a trip to the pub as a flat. We’re both usually in the office most of the time, with the occasional WFH Friday.
