Double bedroom for rent in a nice, clean but cosy apartment consisting of the 2 top floors (2nd and 3rd) of a period building. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2024 with a new kitchen, heating and more and has a pleasant, homely feel.

The bedroom offered consists of the master bedroom and has a shared bathroom right next to it.

The bedroom, which is on the 2nd floor at the back of the flat, offers complete privacy,, can be locked, has a double bed, the option of a small desk/table and office chair, and has lots of built in storage. You'll have some room to bring your own (limited) furniture as the room is quite spacy.

The shared living room is light and has a new, very complete, open kitchen.

You'll be sharing with two professionals. One of them has his bedroom and his own bathroom on the top floor, the other whith whom you will be sharing the bathroom, only uses the room occasionally at the moment due to work abroad, this may change into a few nights per week.

The building is in a quiet residential street in Oval, 10 mins walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line & National Rail Service), 2 mins walk from Oval tube station (Northern Line). and 3 minutes walk from loads of bus services.

The rent is £1075/ month plus share of bills which were £122 per month per room in 2023. This included council tax (band C), water, electricity, heating and broadband.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

Viewings will be held Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th of September.

The flat would suit professionals wanting a London base, but it can also be perfect for someone who wants to make it his/her home (and doesn’t mind sharing).

You must be tidy, considerate, reliable, relaxed, fun loving and not mind dogs as the 3rd occupier has a (super sweet) dog which occasionally stays. No smoking, no couples.
