BEDSIT in Oval - looking for long term tenant

Lovely bedsit in gorgeous Victorian house 5 mins walk from Oval station and 15 mins walk from Vauxhall station. The room is a bed sit which means it has a single bed and kitchenette in one room. There is no access to the rest of the house where the landlord lives except a shared bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet with person who lives in another equivalent bedsit in the next room. Looking for a long term tenant (1 year) preferably a female. Really lovely and attentive landlords, everyone is quiet and respectful. The room has a big window looking into the garden (which we can use), very peaceful and quiet at night. Please message on WhatsApp with details confirming you are looking for a long term tenancy.
