- Work in the City & in the office 3/4 times a week.
- Interests - sports (anything really but mainly rugby, football, cricket), running, gym / fitness, going out for food & drinks.
- Tidy and friendly housemate who likes to keep the space clean and hang out socially in the flat.

About you
- Looking for someone who is ideally mid-late twenties / early thirties, tidy, respectful & sociable.
- Not suitable for couples.
- WFH not a problem but ideally not every day; I have a desk in my room and happy for the dining table to sub as a desk.
