The bedroom on the first floor, comes full equipped with what you see in the picture (wardrobe, small desk, single bed). except for all the bedding, such a duvet, pillow, and fitted sheet.

Bills are included in the rent (high-speed internet, utilities, council tax, TV licente), except the excess in electricity and heating in the coldest months.

The flat itself is a 3 bed Maisonette, bright, very homely and chilled, suitable for somebody who appreciates a quiet, clean and cosy living space.
Short walking distance from Stockwell and Oval Tube Station, around 7 minutes.

We are three sociable people from Spain, Chile and Colombia,, easygoing and for us, it's a MUST a non smoker, clean, tidy, friendly housemate and working or studying full time.
