Room in spacious Oval house

Hi! We have a room open in our place in Oval - really nice house in a gated residence with a garden.

You’d be sharing with me and one other flatmate, Jamie, both young professionals who do mix of wfh/office. We’re a pretty easy-going house - friendly and always up for a chat, but tidy and respectful of space too.

The room is a double room overlooking the garden, with a large built-in wardrobe so loads of storage space! The bathroom would be shared with one other person, then downstairs we have a nice large living room.

Lease would start on 1st Dec, deposit and reference would be required. Our contract expires in April/May 2026 with a potential chance to renew.

Security deposit is £1,153. Bills approx 150 - 180 pcm.
