Double room available for sublet in Oval!

Hi everyone!

We are looking for someone aged 26-30 to fill a room in our lovely house in Oval from January to June!

The boring bit:
Located within a gated mews in Oval, a 10 minute walk from Oval station or 20 minute walk from Vauxhall station, plus great bus links.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 bedroom is en-suite), a shared kitchen/living room area and a huge terrace.
The room £850 pcm with bills estimating about £130. The room is on the smaller side but it is furnished and there is an additional dedicated built in wardrobe, plus plenty more storage space in the house. It will be available from 21st December to mid June however these dates can be a bit flexible for the right person!

The best bit:
You’d be taking my (Fraser) room while I go travelling for the first half of 2026, and living with Katie (26) Chloe (27) and Craig (27). We are all good friends so we enjoy a laugh and a trip to the pub and also a chilled evening together, as well as appreciating some space and alone time. The vibe in the house is great and its in a brilliant location with good transport links and nearby shops, cafes and pubs.
