Lovely double bedroom in friendly Oval flat!

Hi, my name’s Grace and my flatmate is moving out of our lovely 2 bed in Oval.

It’s a good sized double room with lots of storage, and the flat has a lovely shared living and dining room, and a nice kitchen and bathroom. It’s a great size for two on a fairly quiet street, less than 10 min walk from Oval station, as well as lots of bus links.

I’m waiting for my flatmate to send me some more pics of the room, but the wall you can’t see in the picture is all storage, and there’s plenty of room for a desk.

There is also a shared terrace and garden area which is lovely in the summer!!

I’ve only been in the flat for a couple of months, so will be a great opportunity to make the place our own! I’m chill, friendly and easy-going, always up for socialising, but also respectful of other people’s space and time. I’m looking for another girl in her twenties, hoping to make the flat a lovely place to call home!

Rent is £900, and bills generally come to about £160 a month. The current contract ends in April 2026, but there is the option to renew after that.
