There is a lot of storage space and traditional features, with sash windows and a gas stove in the living room. This flat is a couple of minutes' walk to Oval tube station, shops, farmers' market and Kennington Park.

The flat offers a large master bedroom with an en-suite (mine). There is a second bedroom in the converted loft space that offers built-in storage and a modern main bathroom on the same level. Room comes fully furnished as per pictures. With the bedrooms on separate levels, this flat is ideal for sharers.

There is a lengthy hallway separating the living room from the bedroom on the same level. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar and has been equipped to an extremely high standard. The traditional folding doors allow the kitchen area to be a part of or closed off from the living room. The living room is spacious, with bay windows and a two and three-seater sofa, with space for entertaining around the dining table. The flat comes furnished to a high standard.

I’m Irene, a 32yo Italian girl living in London for 10 years. I work in marketing in the beverages industry.

I’m a clean and considerate flatmate, I enjoy having the occasional glass of wine together but equally value each others space. I would like to live in a quiet and tidy space (no party house).

I enjoy going to Reformer Pilates and Barre (I love Heartcore ❤️), and trying one of the many restaurants in London🍝
